Stay Gold - seeing First Aid Kit live

I saw First Aid Kit last weekend and their where awesome, their voices live are as beautiful as in their album. The girls were quite shy when they talked between the songs but when they started signing they got super confident and Johanna (the one who plays piano and do the harmonies) even did hair banging better than Taylor Swift. The scenography was also impeccable; everything was going with the theme of their latest album Stay Gold like the fairy lights or their gorgeous golden vintage dresses. The best moment of the night was their performance of Ghost Town when they ask everyone to keep quiet for them to sing without microphone.

J’ai vu First Aid Kit la fin de semaine passée et elles étaient incroyables, leurs voix sont aussi mélodieuses que dans leurs albums. Les filles étaient plutôt gênées quand elles parlaient entre les chansons, mais quand elles commençaient à chanter elles montraient tout leur talent et Johanna (celle qui joue du clavier et qui fait les harmonies) a même balancé sa tête mieux que Taylor Swift. La scénographie était impeccable; tout se mariait avec le thème de leur nouvel album Stay Gold; le « ciel étoilé », le fond bronze scintillant ainsi que leurs robes vintage dorées. Le meilleur moment a été leur performance de Ghost Town quand elles ont demandé à toute la salle de faire le silence pour chanter sans les micros.

Si vous ne connaissez pas ce duo, leur musique est un mélange de folk et de country avec des paroles remarquables qui parlent de choses du quotidien d’une manière profonde et magnifique. Voici mes chansons préférées :
