Artrave - I saw Lady Gaga!

Un peu avant mon anniversaire, l’automne dernier, j’ai su que Lady Gaga serait de passage à Montréal pour sa tournée Artrave – The Artpop Ball, et j’ai tout de suite demandé des billets pour ma fête. Ensuite, j’ai décidé d’y aller avec Caro (désolé maman!) après tout, on chantait DO WHat U Want dans les corridors le midi. Et depuis deux mois, Caroline et moi préparions nos costumes, notre maquillage et nos dance moves pour le concert.  C’était difficile de choisir quel look de Gaga on allait faire, mais on s’est lancé dans un thème sirènes et voici nos costumes faits main : comme vous le voyez, on n’a pas fait les choses à moitié!

Little before my birthday, last autumn, I heard that Lady Gaga was coming to Montreal for the Artrave – The Artpop Ball and I immediately asked my parents for tickets for my anniversary. Later I decided to go with Caro (sorry mom!), after all, we where singing Do What U Want in the hallways at Lunchtime. And two months ago, we began planning our costume, our makeup and our dance moves for the concert. Choosing a look was the hardest because Gaga has soooo many ones! We finally went for a mermaid theme, and this is our hand-made costumes. As you can see, we went quite strong J

On s’est amusé comme jamais, j’aurais seulement aimé que le concert soit plus long. Même si nos places étaient cheap (avec une bonne vue), même si l’on était les seules qui dansaient/costumées dans notre section et que Gaga ne nous a pas invitées backstage ( L), ça a été une nuit parfaite. On a dansé sur TOUTES les chansons et on a chanté à tue-tête.

We had the best time ever at that concert; my only wish was that it lasted a little longer. Even if we had cheap places (but a good view), even if we were the only dancing/costumed in our section and that Gaga didn’t invited us backstage(L), it was the perfect night. When danced to EVERY tune and sang at the top of our lungs.
