Cette oasis est vraiment magnifique et j’ai adoré m’y
promener et surtout y prendre des photos.
During my
trip to Morocco, I got to visit Le jardin
Majorelle, who is known for the Majorelle
Blue where it was invented and for being the house of Yves Saint-Laurent and Pierre
Bergé. This color is named after Jacques
Majorelle, the French artist who created it in 1937. He famously painted
the walls of his house and garden of that color in Marrakech. His little
botanical garden was even open to the public. Later after his death, YSL bought
the garden and restores it. Now his ashes have been spread in the garden and a
memorial has been built.
Effectively,
this garden is gorgeous and I liked to walk me through it.
J’aimerais ramener un peu de ce bleu chez moi, surtout le vernis Yves Saint-Laurent!
I’d like to bring a little bit of that blue back with me, especially the nail polish!
